Primary objective of this initiative is to equip the students with some good tips and tricks on how to write an effective resume, appear for an interview and, also what an employer can expect from them.
It is true when we say that ‘Actions speak louder than words’. In today’s fast
growing and competitive world, it is important that one should be equipped to be able to hold an effective conversation with the right body eye contact, hand gestures and body language.
With this aim in mind, Vision Foundation Pune, came up with Campus to Corporate initiative which helps young graduates to step in the corporate world and make their way to greater success. We always believe that the students should be well aware of Industry expectations and prepared about what would be required of them when they appear for interviews and start
working in a multinational company.

The primary objective of this initiative is to equip the students with some good tips and tricks on how to write an effective resume, appear for an interview and, also what an employer can expect from them.
We designed this whole program to cover the following key points, like how to:
a) introduce yourself
b) write an effective resume
c) prepare for an interview – Decide what to wear, etc.
d) appear for an interview
d) use body language to show positive attitude
e) communicate effectively, etc.
Trainings are based on Adult learning principles and SAVI (Schematics, Audio, Visual and Interactive). Using examples from day-to-day corporate life, we make the students realize what it takes to survive in this fast-paced community.
In the end, we also motivate the students to realize their dreams and how they could make them come true. When the last program ended, the applause and the enthusiasm shown by the students was evident that this program was well received, and those students look forward to more interactive sessions organized by us.
The training was conducted by Zulfiqar Syed who works with a reputed multinational company and is passionate about motivating and grooming young individuals.
