Vision Foundation has around 50 industry experts from different domains who constantly work on
bridging the gap between syllabus and the industry requirement.
As we all know that our University and College syllabus is always more than 5 years old versus the latest industry requirement. Keeping this thought in mind “Vision Foundation” came up with an initiative called ‘Campus 2 Corporate’ Program.
Vision Foundation has around 50 industry experts from different domains who constantly work on bridging the gap between syllabus and the industry requirement.
Vision Foundation has tie-ups with different colleges and institutes. Our members visit these colleges and provide them a good perspective of the skills required and the current trends in the industry. Our members conduct sessions on explaining everything in terms of what to focus on and how to acquire the required skills. In those sessions we also provide a very good perspective about different domains in a particular industry.

Example – When it comes to the IT industry all of us think about software programming, but not everyone is good at programming. So, what are the other areas for someone to make a career in the IT industry?

Through this program we also focus on communication skills, personality development, interview preparation etc. Basically, covering the points related to positive attitude, effective resume building, effective communication, right body language, etc.
So far, we have worked with VIT College of Engineering, Pune, Kalsekar College of Engineering, Panvel, Abeda Inamdar College, Poona College of Arts, Commerce & Science. The feedback from the students and the management has been immensely positive. Vision Foundation is very much glad that we are transforming their career and lives for the better.
